Your stepchildren
You have the option to sponsor your stepchildren provided you obtain a written No Objection Certificate from their biological parent. The visa for stepchildren is initially valid for one year and can be renewed thereafter.
Furthermore, a woman has the authority to sponsor her family:
- For a woman to sponsor her family, she must demonstrate a minimum monthly salary of AED 10,000, or AED 8,000 combined with accommodation. Additionally, she must be employed as an engineer, teacher, or in a medical profession such as doctor or nurse. However, if her husband is capable of sponsoring the children, she is not permitted to do so independently; sponsorship must be facilitated by the husband.
